| 泰安清水服務區 下午過後車潮減緩

國道三清水服務區公關副理李家蓉說，今天除夕中午，休息區的車流量比較大，民眾主要是進入休息區內用午餐然後繼續趕路，過了下午二時許，車流就恢復正常。依照已往的經驗推估，除夕至初五的營業額可以到四千萬元，除夕趕路客多，初一及初二民眾多半在家中，因此這三天的營業額每天約有六百萬元，初三民眾出門旅遊行程出現後，服務區的營業額可以破八百萬元。
公關副理李家蓉指出，為了讓服務區更加美觀，經營清水服務區的新東陽食品不惜重資，去年九月間將服務區開始逐步整修，除景觀電梯外還有隧道式魚缸，總工程費用約兩億元，目前魚缸還在趕工中尚未開放使用，整個服務區全部整修完成後，預估將成為民眾休憩的另一個景點。
國道一泰安服務區經理陳春安說，今天由於七時至十二時是高承載管制，清晨六時許第一波車潮就湧進服務區，第二波車潮出現在十時許，第三波則出現在十一時三十分直到下午三時許，車潮才逐漸減緩，依照已往的經驗，因該服務區四個賣場分散，又分南北兩區，今年春節該服務區將有一千五萬元的營業額。（孫義方／台中報導）

| 車遭「斷頭」 2車車禍釀4傷

柳營區雙營橋今天下午傳出4傷車禍！一輛轎車疑從橋下違規迴轉，遭正準備下橋的轎車直接撞上，車頭當場與車身分離，滾到20公尺遠的草叢上，另輛轎車則車頭凹陷、一輪彈飛，幸兩車4人送醫後皆無大礙。(王志弘／台南報導)

| 伊斯蘭國再公布斬首影片 濃鬍劊子手是澳洲頭號聖戰士

恐怖組織「伊斯蘭國」（IS）18日為報復空襲，燒死伊拉克西部城市巴格達迪（al-Baghdadi）當地45人。如今他們再度公布斬首影片，其中卻驚見2名澳洲頭號聖戰士通緝犯，殘忍地將他們所聲稱的「間諜」無情砍頭，令人不寒而慄。
在這支影片被命名為「叛教者的收穫」（Harvest of the Apostates）的斬首影片中，被澳洲通緝的恐怖份子埃羅瑪（Mohamed Elomar）、夏洛夫（Khaled Sharrouf）也出現在畫面中，分別擔任戒備者與劊子手。
只見夏洛夫身穿卡其裝、蓄著濃鬍，手握刀刃站在被指為「間諜」的黑衣男子身後。而站在夏洛夫左後方、手持大型步槍的，疑似就是他的友人埃羅瑪。緊接著，跪在地上的黑衣男子便慘遭不測。
據了解，夏洛夫和埃羅瑪在2013年離開澳洲，前往中東加入伊斯蘭國。夏洛夫的妻子尼特頓（Tara Nettleton）改變信仰後，也在隨後帶著5個孩子前往中東。澳洲聯邦警察（Australian Federal Police）已經在2014年7月正式對夏洛夫、埃羅瑪2人發出拘捕令。
根據統計，至今已經有100多名澳洲人加入伊斯蘭國，夏洛夫和埃羅瑪就是其中2人，但自從他們2014年張貼自己提著敘利亞軍人頭顱的照片後，便惡名遠播，夏洛夫甚至還讓7歲兒子捧著被斬首的頭顱，標題寫著「我的好兒子」震驚世界。
