【楊逸民／台北報導】黑豹旗今天晚上彰化藝中與台南海事之戰，在彰化藝中靠著5、6局攻下6分拉開比數，最後以12比6擊敗台南海事晉級，9日8強賽將與桃園農工交手。

彰藝前2局投手出狀況，讓台南海事攻下6分，但打擊上很幫忙，3局結束就將比數追平。賽後總教練曹正盈對選手表現不是很滿意，他說：「今天原本預估是不會打這麼辛苦，沒想到先發投手出狀況，連帶影響守備、打擊，才會讓前面這麼驚險。」

彰藝先發陳偉呈只投0.1局就退場，趕緊由左投張旻龍接手，他雖然一開始仍不穩定，第2局掉了5分，但3局開始到7局結束退場，未再讓台南海事得分。他說：「今天有準備要上場，但沒想到會這麼早，一開始控球比較不穩定，後來就慢慢調整回來。」

擔任彰藝先發4棒、一壘手的陳冠偉，是前中華隊、中華職棒興農牛總教練陳威成，他不但首局就擊出安打，打回球隊第1分，8局還登板後援，投2局無失分，送出3次三振，守住球隊的勝利。

彰藝曾在去年玉山盃青棒選拔賽拿下隊史最佳的第7名，這次黑豹旗又闖進8強，曹正盈說：「這次比賽原本就覺得首戰能擊敗美和，晉8強就沒問題了，下場對桃園農工，雖然交手機會不多，但評估實力不會差距太大，我們還是會全力以赴，希望能拚進4強。」

【劉曉霞／台北報導】台北市文山區推案大爆發，指標大案「靜心文匯」下周將開案，泰舍實業1月中也將推出「萬盛街新案」。「靜心文匯」位在靜心國小隔壁，基地面積1056坪，規劃52~68坪，每坪開價90~95萬元。該案專案經理陳沛諄指出，潛銷期已售超過3成，已購客戶多是靜心小學的家長，以金融業、貿易商和醫師等背景居多，有高達5成客群是醫師，2~3成是金融業高階主管。

負責代銷泰舍「萬盛街新案」的甲桂林專案經理田崑良指出，該案規劃為近年少見的3米、4米2挑高產品，坪數為18~30坪，開價可望站上8字頭，以父母替子女置產族群為主要客群。

【晏明強／台北報導】為宣示政府全力加入區域經濟整合的決心，馬英九總統委請前副總統蕭萬長籌組「民間推動參與TPP、RCEP聯盟」，蕭今也受邀出席馬英九主持的國際經貿策略小組會議，會後蕭與媒體茶敘時表示，聯盟是純民間組織，他將於下周開始拜訪民間人士聽取意見，聯盟成立後也會與政院小組建立窗口，作為連繫的管道。至於未來的聯盟成員，蕭說，企業界、學術界都會找，也很歡迎政界人士加入。

至於外界關切在野黨是否願加入民間聯盟，蕭萬長表示，這是攸關國家利益的事，政界人士只要關切都可以來，也不是要民進黨背書，「就算不加入但只要不反對」，共識就會慢慢出來。

但蕭也坦言，企業界參加比較容易，也沒有色彩，政界人物多少都有立場考量，政黨競爭也難免，不過國家的事應超越政黨，他舉當年我國加入WTO為例說，國民黨完成大多數的工作，最後在民進黨執政時加入，雖然最後是讓民進黨「收割稻仔尾（台語）」，但這是國家利益，不是政黨惡鬥的議題，大家應敞開心胸，如果內部再鬥來鬥去，只好看台灣很快沉淪。
