不讓歐美感恩節「黑色星期五」特惠活動專美於前，近幾年來 Apple Online Store 也在台灣、香港、中國等地推出「紅色星期五」活動，響應東方過農曆年前舉辦，同樣是限定一天的優惠活動。對於價格死硬的 Apple 而言，這恐怕是官方一年唯一一次優惠活動的機會。
根據前兩年的經驗，消費者較關注的 iPhone 、iPad、iPod、Mac 電腦等主要熱門產品，並沒有太大的降價幅度，通常是折扣 10% 左右的九折優惠價；不過在周邊商品、配件類，如鍵盤、保護套等產品就有機會取得較大的折扣。另外由於是在 Apple Online Store 線上購買，因此具備 7 天鑑賞期無條件退貨的資格，有興趣的人不妨參考看看。
