【郭寶懃／台北報導】台北市豪宅林立，不少大樓建置開放空間換取積獎勵，但《蘋果》接獲民眾林小姐投訴，指出信義路五段豪宅「新川普」設置移動式植栽阻擋出入行走相當不便。

根據《土地使用分區管制條例》，台北市開放空間限定設置花台高度要45公分以下，台北市建管處副總工程司邱英哲指出，若是移動式盆栽政府會以勸導方式，限期1個月之內做改善。

「新川普」社區管委會總幹事解釋，盆栽的設置是為了美觀，還有防止其他車輛與行人闖入社區，所以才裝置盆栽。

但主持人話鋒一轉，質疑現在很多藝人都會用「增高鞋墊」，Rain就說：「的確，不過那樣是犯規的做法！」這句話一出，現場所有人都十分驚訝，之後Rain才急忙補了一句：「因為我都直接穿10公分的高跟鞋。」引起全場大笑，化解失言危機。

【王郁倫╱台北報導】宏碁（2353）執行長陳俊聖媒體見面會「尊施、敬張」氣氛濃厚，陳俊聖除準備了2003年與施振榮首度會面時的合照，也秀出2009年加入台積電（2330）時，前老闆董事長張忠謀寫給他的鼓勵短箋，甚至圖像化宏碁內部各項優勢，第1次媒體亮相就宛如辦了一場行銷秀。
陳俊聖1月1日正式上任接掌宏碁大位，不過實際上，12月21日就已到公司不支薪上班，了解內部運作，而在陳俊聖接掌宏碁執行長前夕，宏碁就已對外宣布變革的願景就是發展自建雲，也顯示自建雲的推動是新任執行長首要任務。

媒體見面會如行銷秀

陳俊聖畢業於密蘇里大學MBA，在外商服務超過17年，在英特爾擔任行銷暨業務全球副總裁要職，對於如何傳達訊息、媒體需求掌握度高，昨日雖然以新人之姿面對媒體，但陳俊聖仍發揮行銷專才，不僅圖像化說明宏碁人優勢，研發實力，也把握第一次國內外行銷機會，充分說明宏碁發展自建雲的機會跟優勢。
同時，他也秀出初次與施振榮在美國會面時的合照，當時陳俊聖還是英特爾的訊馳處理器行銷推手，與任宏碁董事長的施振榮開會，最終成功推動筆電無線網路化浪潮，而對於宏碁歷經3次再造的起伏，陳俊聖則秀出2009年8月24日張忠謀寫給他的勉勵短箋「樂觀是最有競爭力的優勢」，藉此期勉外界對宏碁樂觀以對，更傳達對前老闆張忠謀的知遇之恩。
