F-中租泰國建總部 不受政爭影響

泰國政爭愈演愈烈，反對勢力黃衫軍癱瘓首都曼谷，租賃龍頭F-中租（5871）逆勢布局，泰國子公司要找地自蓋總部，不排除趁勢危機入市，降低購地成本。

F-中租泰國子公司計畫斥資約新台幣10億元以上，在曼谷購地自建企業總部大樓，泰國政爭並沒有影響自建大樓計畫，目前已經有在看三塊地比較中，但是受到曼谷政爭活動影響，顧問公司報價暫時凍結，且預期有可能後續利於買方價格談判，因此F-中租不排除危機入市，撿便宜買地蓋大樓。

立院三讀 取消郵局靜止戶

立法院日前要求國內各公、民營銀行三月起取消靜止戶，今再三讀通過修正「郵政儲金匯兌法」，自三月廿日起，中華郵政公司也將全面取消「靜止戶」。屆時，全台金融機構近五千萬靜止戶將走入歷史，帳戶內的六百一十三億存款則隨之解凍。


【中央社╱台北14日電】立法院院會今天三讀修正通過郵政儲金匯兌法部分條文，現行620萬戶郵局靜止戶，總額約新台幣80億元存款，將於今年3月20日開始解凍，重新計息。

現行法規定，郵局存戶如果5年未活動，中華郵政股份有限公司應停止計息，並通知儲戶。

立法院三讀修正通過刪除這項規定，據中華郵政提供資料，現有存簿儲金約2600萬戶，其中約620萬靜止戶；靜止戶中，存款金額未超過100元的占40%，平均存款金額都在1000元以下，總額約80億元。

三讀修正通過條文也配合政府組織改造，將中華郵政公司的管理業務原由財政部負責部分，改交由金融監督管理委員會。

院會也通過附帶決議，郵局靜止戶自民國103年3月20日開始解凍生息，中華郵政應通知靜止戶。

※ [本文轉錄自 Food 看板 #1IrDhtNl ] 作者: ninefish (T__T) 看板: Food 標題: [食記]台南永康「萬三米糕」米糕就是要配四神湯! 時間: Tue Jan 14 14:36:36 2014 餐廳名稱：萬三米糕 消費時間：2014年/1月 地址：台南市永康區中華路495號 電話：06-2311095 營業時間：17:00~凌晨三點(賣完為止) 推薦菜色：米糕,四神湯,魯丸 圖文完整版 http://www.100-store.com/foodstore/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=2103&page=1&extra=#pid2288 看到這招牌時, 趕快踩煞車@@!但別急煞嘿~ 因為這家店面超小的,很容易就過頭哦^^ 不建議開車來這, 如果外地遊客,看到中華路大十字路口, 就要開始找車位了! 門口停機車都已經不太方便了,更何況開車哦^^" 今天要帶大家來吃「萬三米糕」~ 我以前吃時還沒有人氣, 但這兩三年已經被報導好多次了, 光食尚玩家不同team就報導了至少有兩次, 外加新聞報導,部落客等等.. 但就是真得好吃, 所以我才分享給大家 萬三米糕,是由人稱萬川的老闆所創立的, 有30年的歷史, 老闆叫萬川那為什麼要叫萬三呢? 因為老闆說"川" 這個字是站著, 他覺得太辛苦所以把它推倒,變"三" (推倒我自己加的@@!) 所以看躺著的"川" 會不會比較輕鬆一點, 但是我覺得還是沒輕鬆,看營業時間就知道了 賣到凌晨三點 這哪招~不過通常兩點就都賣完了 不同的時段有不同客人~ 店面小,所以位置也是很迷你哦^^ 因為我太胖了,坐這個位置是有那麼一點點不舒服^^" 好吃的米糕就是要用這個煮 "古早竹製編織的桶" 來悶煮, 這樣糯米煮起來才會Q而不爛! 也才會香而彈牙~ 當我看著這塊布打開時, 糯米的香氣是迎面而來的,真得很香! 來看這肉燥,我只能說真得好吃! 推他們家的肉燥,就算加在白米販也好吃~ 南部的肉燥就是要有"肥"肉, 有些人不敢吃太肥的肉燥! 來到這我建議您試試看, 因為他們家的肉燥的肥肉, 是吃下去後,先在口腔中化開,然後滷汁的香氣會跑出來~ 真的好吃~ 另外你可以再加點滷蛋 在台南道地的吃法,吃米糕就是要配四神湯! 這米糕,是我故意點小碗的.. 超迷你! 一碗20元 以前15元 如果你真的不敢吃肥肉那就點小碗的^^ 有多迷你呢? 跟放醬油的碗差不多XD 好吃的肉燥加上彈牙的糯米~ 再來最後一招, 就是搭配上面的甜薑, 這搭配真好,因為薑可以化解油膩感! 難怪越吃越好吃^^ 再來建議加點這個丸子! 是一顆口感很好滷得很透徹的丸子~ 好吃^^ 四神湯,我只敢吃他們家的四神湯! 因為他們家的腸子洗得很乾淨! 且四神湯的中藥味有到位~ 冬天喝一碗真得很舒服! 再來腸子口感非常好,超Q~ 之前是番茄兄弟採訪,現在換阿龐! 下次是要換誰阿...XD 結論: 這家店推薦給喜歡吃氣味的人 因為如果真的要吃的飽, 米糕可能要點大碗以上的(還有特大碗)! 價格部份當然是以前比較好, 小本生意,米糕漲個五元也不為過了^^" 但四神湯一樣都20,這個CP值就比較高了^O^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.218.17.69 ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 轉錄者: ninefish (49.218.17.69), 時間: 01/14/2014 14:37:40

（中央社記者江俊亮嘉義市14日電）嘉義市魚市場及果菜市場今天聯合推出伴手禮盒，市府保證所有水果、海鮮都檢驗合格，便宜又新鮮。

嘉義市建設處長陳光興今天在伴手禮盒發表會表示，今年推出的禮盒都經產官學等機構嚴格把關，保證檢測合格，消費者可以買得安心、吃得放心，送禮自用兩相宜。

陳光興指出，嘉義市魚市場禮盒產品經嘉義大學檢驗合格；嘉義市果菜市場今年更獲得行政院農委會農業試驗所「蔬果農藥殘毒生化檢驗站工作考核」計畫特優的肯定。

嘉義市魚市場今年推出A、B兩種鮮魚禮盒，A組「五福臨門」內含帝王蟹、熟鮑魚，特惠價新台幣2450元；B組「年年有魚」特惠價1500元。

嘉義市魚市場總經理劉宸炫表示，鮮魚禮盒即日起至24日止限量供應，嘉義市區購買5盒以上就免費送到家，外縣市也可提供宅配服務。

水果禮盒部分，嘉義市果菜市場推出當季盛產水果為主，包括美國富士蘋果、日本大紅榮蘋果、日本蜜蘋果、台灣梨山雪梨、紐西蘭櫻桃、澳洲櫻桃、茂谷柑等。

嘉義市果菜市場總經理陳國華表示，嘉義市區訂購水果禮盒10盒以上即提供外送服務，即日起至28日止接受民眾預訂，取貨日期至29日止。1030114
