為關心眷村文化保存與三重城市發展，新北市眷村文化協會今天於三重區正義南路的「空軍三重一村」第7度舉辦「眷村迎春活動-飛機大賽」，內容包括書法老師揮毫、春聯免費贈送、舞龍舞獅、剪紙花、竹槍、吸管昆蟲、紙飛機童玩DIY教作。

協會還安排空軍三重一村文史導覽，邀民眾認識三重區珍貴的文化資產，共同關心空軍三重一村的未來。

協會理事長田維國今天表示，2004年冬天三重市眷村拆除與搬遷，熱心的市民團體與眷村組織者為保留三重市眷村生活記憶與尊重多族群文化歷史，共同發起了「三重市眷村文化園區營造行動」，開展了一場關注城市文化歷史發展與多元族群和諧的行動。

計畫保存空軍三重一村60年的生活空間，運用閒置文化空間、連結民間公益社團活力，創造城市嶄新公共空間、豐富市民生活內涵，延續眷村文化、促進族群合諧，同時改變外人對三重市區刻板印象與偏見觀點，營造三重市民的光榮意識。

目前新北市僅存的眷村就是空軍三重一村，已於2006年8月由台北縣政府公告「全村」登錄歷史建築，將朝向全區保留方向再活化利用，帶動地方文化、藝術、公益發展。

【胡治言／綜合報導】交通部長葉匡時生日宴風波延燒，國民黨立委蔡正元昨又在臉書貼文爆料，指葉在生日宴當天還曾與美艷性感女歌手同唱情歌。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，葉匡時昨聲明，當天太太小孩都在，現場只有1對那卡西伴奏的中年夫婦，他已在行政院會報告過，「但絕無美艷性感女歌手，也沒有合唱情歌」；而談及年邁父母近日為他抱屈，首度在媒體前淚崩。蔡正元昨晚間受訪指，生日宴若備有那卡西樂團，即非臨時起意的聚會，歡迎葉提告，他會立即將葉移送監察院。他還說，若政務官碰到壓力就哭哭啼啼，「那老百姓碰到eTag問題，不就欲哭無淚。」

【戴之聖／基隆報導】台灣城市競爭力發展協會理事長林右昌，於今天上午8時許帶領近千位民眾走上街頭，先在基隆七堵火車站集合，並穿上「我愛基隆」的衣服，沿著新台五路到南港火車站，沿途高喊「我要捷運南港基隆線」，希望藉此強烈向政府表達基隆人需要捷運的訴求。

林右昌表示，基隆地區每天有近10萬人在台北上班上課，基隆市是大台北捷運網不可或缺的部分，政府還要再繼續假裝看不見嗎？捷運到基隆的問題政府不可以再迴避了。
