| 胡志強：黨中央沒有協調台中初選

台北市長郝龍斌接受媒體訪問，希望國民黨停辦台中初選，台中市長胡志強上周接受專訪，也有相同看法。胡志強今天上午說，他感受不到黨中央積極協調的心意，但相信大家共同的目標是贏得年底選舉。
胡志強表示，他不是反對初選，但是初選可能傷害分立，萬一選後回不來怎麼辦，黨中央應該積極協調，不能再辦初選。
年底台中市長備受矚目，中台灣成為藍綠必爭之地。胡志強上周表示，國民黨應思考初選造成的傷害，可能影響大選勝利的基礎。郝龍斌昨天說，應停辦台中初選，在民調有顯著差距的情況下，黨中央應積極協調。

| 桃園今辦升格論壇 健康福利成重心

桃園縣政府衛生局今天上午在平鎮市社教館舉辦桃園升格願景論壇，主題是「健康樂齡、福利城市」，邀請社福專家薛承泰、全民健保設計師楊志良、健康城市推手郭憲文以及著名已故毒物專家林杰樑妻子譚敦慈座談。
桃園縣長吳志揚表示，桃園縣今年12月25日升格直轄市，除了持續推動桃園航空城計畫，也將以永續發展的原則，與世界衛生組織各項公共衛生政策接軌，照護縣民，將桃園打造成為高齡友善城市，並落實各項健康福利政策。

開褲襠看雞雞，警是演哪招？新北市三重區一名37歲黃姓民眾，指稱日前遭轄區警方當街攔查，警員盤查過程中要求黃男解開褲子查看私處，以確認褲內並無偷藏違禁藥品，讓他痛罵警方濫權到無法無天的地步。三重警分局則表示，警員一切依法進行盤查搜身，針對兩警未依規定錄影錄音，已對兩員各記一支申誡處分，至於有無如黃男控訴事件，目前正在調查釐清，如有違法分局決不袒護依法論處。（曾伯愷／新北報導）
