面試到前幾天告一段落，幾乎都有拿到書面或口頭offer，我把比較好的三間公司挑出來選，其中又以Qnap與ITE最難抉擇，小M我雖然列出來排第三，但去的意願實在不高。公司 Qnap ITE Mstar 地方竹北高鐵站旁新竹竹北台元部門研發一處/二部職缺軟韌體研發 6E職等工程師 FAE(需長時間出差) 薪水 N*14 (N+5)*14 (N+27)*?? 看績效與部門有分紅有機會16~18 時間 9-19(有加班到21) 8.5~17.5 9-23(基本) 9-3(有事) 交通租屋租屋租屋備註口頭紙本口頭意願是Q≒I>>M，M的工時影響意願。 Q的薪水不一定，經理跟我講一個range，不過聽聞Q的HR地位蠻高，有可能不是經理的數字，總之我取最小值，試用期後會調薪。 ITE在板上的文章蠻少的，不過通常是不錯的評價，工時正常是優點，福利也不會太差，算是穩定的選擇。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.228.229.166 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1423797638.A.94D.html
