桃園縣所屬各機關、學校，即日起全面停用頂新集團問題油品，直到具體改善為止，縣府也呼籲業者在兩天內通報問題油品，否則重罰。

針對食安議題紛擾，吳志揚今天中午表示，桃園縣所屬各機關、學校，即日起全面停用頂新集團問題油品，直到頂新集團具體改善為止。

對於消費者用行動抵制不肖食品廠商，吳志揚表示認同與支持，一定要讓廠商了解食安問題的嚴重性，不可再輕忽民眾的健康，也呼籲所有食品業者，本於道德良心製造食品，沒有妥協的空間。

吳志揚表示，桃園縣政府日前成立「眼鏡蛇專業食品稽查小組」，針對地下工廠、合法掩護非法的不肖業者及民眾檢舉的可疑廠商，進行突擊稽查，追查食材原物料來源的合法性及產品流向。

吳志揚也要求衛生局嚴格稽查，一旦查獲不法或損及民眾安全，將「一定嚴懲」，落實追溯追蹤管理，一定要讓民眾吃得安心。

另外，縣府衛生局審慎評估，給予縣內業者兩天的自行通報期，希望業者主動自我檢視並提報；兩天後將展開全面嚴格稽查，查獲隱匿使用問題油相關產品，將重罰新台幣5000萬元，並逕行停業。(中央社)
