明年起　分裝藥品將無健保給付

中央健保署今表示，從明年元旦起，所有分裝藥品，健保將不再給付。
 
針對分裝藥品缺點，健保署指，在醫院藥局或診所內，並沒有藥廠應具備的高規格製造環境，容易造成不同藥品的交叉汙染，或細菌等微生物汙染，劑量準確性也不易掌握，且醫師、藥師、病患都不知該藥品可存放多久，另醫療院所申報藥品費用的正確性也不易稽查。
 
健保署表示，此前已提高交付原瓶包裝液劑的藥事服務費，以減少分裝藥品，另於調整藥價時，也對原瓶口服液劑及口服鋁箔小包設定基本保障價；上月召集醫界、消費者、藥界及專家學者共同討論後，進一步決定明年全面取消分裝藥品的健保給付。（邱俊吉／台北報導）
