標題[問題] 病假要提前請問題?

最近有個工作~當天身體不舒服去請病假 結果打電話去請假~就問我那下午會到嗎? 我就說可能沒辦法~結果對方就說你下次要這樣子的話要先說~我就不幫你排這麼多班了~ 不然你這樣子會造成我們的困擾~ 我當下真的很想回病假哪有辦法是先預料先說~但我沒回~我就說喔 對方就掛電話了~ 想請問病假提請還不能當天請這樣合理嗎? 若是你你會怎麼回話?
