因應應蘇格蘭獨立公投　英國央行：早準備好

蘇格蘭獨立公投投票將於9月18日舉辦，隨時間漸漸逼近，英格蘭官員相關談話更讓外界矚目。
 
英國央行總裁卡尼（Mark Carney）周三表示，英國央行已做好準備應對蘇格蘭獨立公投，不論9月18日蘇格蘭公投的結果如何，央行都已經準備好了應變的方案。
 
蘇格蘭政府希望在蘇格蘭獨立之後能繼續使用英鎊，認為這對蘇格蘭和英格蘭都有好處。不過，此提議遭到英格蘭政府拒絕。
 
英國財政大臣奧斯本（George Osborne）表示，如果蘇格蘭獨立，蘇格蘭政府便不能繼續使用英鎊作為其法定貨幣，英國也不會與蘇格蘭結成貨幣聯盟。（王秋燕／綜合外電報導）
