得來速最忠實的顧客在這裡！最近在網路上流傳一段影片，男子要去買得來速，但他的交通工具和別人的很不一樣，是一台擔架。

據英國《鏡報》報導，該影片是美國維吉尼亞的民眾拍下的，影片中看見男子躺在電動擔架上，把擔架當成汽車在馬路上「駕駛」，隨後就到得來速點餐，拍攝者忍不住形容他真的是忠實的麥當勞顧客。
