拒提供營運計畫　段宜康批新北市府有鬼

民進黨立委段宜康長期質疑新北市政府的青年住宅BOT案是圖利廠商，段宜康今在臉書透露，日前向內政部要求提供該標案營運計畫書。但內政部營建署回應指新北市府以營運計畫還在與廠商協調中，且涉商業機密而拒絕提供，他不禁質疑：「裡頭沒鬼，我才不信！」

段宜康批評，新北市青年住宅BOT案的3塊國有地新北市政府都沒出1毛錢，全額由內政部補助，但新北巿拒絕提供營運計畫書，「難道不是以營運計劃書的條件得標？為什麼可以得標之後又再調整計劃？如果出錢全額補助的中央主管機關，連計劃都看不到；這錢是怎麼撥的？」他還質疑：「朱立倫真囂張到這樣肆無忌憚的地步嗎？」（黃揚明／台北報導）
