郭冠英案卡住　省府同意退休金先凍

行政院新聞局前一等秘書郭冠英因辱台言論遭停職、期滿後回任台灣省政府，引發爽領6萬元月退爭議。郭冠英16日退休在即，可否領到退休金？省府主席林政則昨說，未報請銓敘部核定前「就先不給退休金」，依法最慢2個內會函覆。銓敘部長張哲琛昨也同意先凍結退休金，若省府確認合法任用，再追溯補發金額。

監察院3日通過糾正省府，銓敘部8日發函省府要求補正、說明，迄今未獲回應。林政則昨接受《蘋果》訪問時說，依《監察法》回覆監院的法定時間可長達2個月，一定會超過7月16日郭冠英的退休日，「人家查案1個多月，用心寫糾正文，我們要說明也不能粗心，哪能一兩天內隨便決定！」調查此案的監委錢林慧君回嗆，本屆監委任期7月31日屆滿，「事情對就對、錯就錯，何必等2個月？省府自己理虧，居然想拖過我不當監委。」（王家俊／台北報導）
