嗆記者有採訪證又怎樣？ 新北警方澄清

大陸國台辦主任張志軍來台，引發不少抗爭，針對警方昨天下午在新北市新店新烏路排除魏揚等人以鐵鍊橫阻封路過程，遭某媒體記者指「記者採訪險遭逮捕 警嗆有採訪證又怎樣？」一事，新北市警新店分局副分局長黃明冠上午澄清指出，同仁是在情急之下講話較為直接，並非嗆聲，未來警方也將利用勤教或各種集會場合，要求所屬注意執勤技巧及態度。

黃明冠表示，該記者一開始未向警方表明身份，隨後才自稱是記者（經一再勸阻後才表明記者身份），加上當時警方因排除失序狀況執行逮捕，情勢極度緊繃，同仁情急下講話較直，並非嗆聲；黃並表示，媒體有採訪權利，但警方也有執法義務，希望雙方能彼此體諒。
