爭產口角殺死弟弟　兄喝農藥今早不治

宜蘭4名親兄弟，昨天下午在自家祖厝討論財產分配，62歲長兄林祈福與43歲么弟林定暉，討論時發生激烈口角，一時失控持西瓜刀砍死么弟後逃逸，林祈福隨後畏罪在菜園內喝除草劑自殺，雖約一小時後被找到送醫急救，因食道等器官嚴重灼傷，今早因傷勢過重宣告不治，家人一時失去兩位至親、悲痛萬分。
 
警檢今相驗，悲劇案中的么弟林定暉，左頸動脈遭西瓜刀砍斷，傷口深10公分、長15公分，昨送醫時，失血過多呈現昏迷，急救無效。陽大附醫表示，凶嫌林祈福，喝半瓶除草劑「砂霸」農藥，送醫後施以洗胃等緊急醫治，「但一般狀況是喝這種農藥5㏄，就會要命，何況是半瓶」。（游芳男／宜蘭報導）
