前文恕刪 小弟和幾位推文的版友有一樣的想法可能是個性問題。如您所提的 講話較直。說真的面試對於人的能力評估不敢保證完全正確。但是至少 在面談甚至是考試、白板題的過程中，考官會評估的一點是這個人的 個性可能是怎樣？面對問題的態度是什麼？答不出來時反應是什麼？ 由這幾個地方會開始延伸"假如這個人進到部門大家相處愉快嗎？" "以後我們是否能很順暢地共事？" 等等。以小弟自己的面談經歷，後面 主要就是盡可能了解求職者的個性。 所以我建議您可以想想假如您是考官 你(求職者)的回答給您(考官)什麼感覺，或許從中可以再做點修正就有 不錯的結果了 一點小經驗，供您參考。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.115.94.171
