日本作家湊佳苗　小說搬上大螢幕

小說曾多次被改編成電視電影的日本作家湊佳苗，之前的《告白》、《贖罪》、《往復書簡》等作品推出後都頗受歡迎，她的2012年作品《白雪公主殺人事件》，這次同樣被改編搬上大螢幕，前陣子在日本大阪還舉辦特別列車的出發儀式，電影由日本女星井上真央擔任女主角，將於3/29在日本上映，中文版電影及小說，則預計都將在下半年在台推出。(劉柔希/台北報導)
