Lamigo桃猿在先發投手王豐鑫先發5局無失分領軍，加上打線掌握得點圈機會，最終以6比1擊敗統一獅，官方熱身賽勝場終於開張。

獅隊此役派出新秀江辰晏先發，他首度在熱身賽亮相，投3局被敲3安、2保送1三振，失4分有3分為責失分，接替上陣的江承峰、李瑋華各失1分。

反觀猿隊先發投手王豐鑫，前4局有效封鎖對手打線，直到第5局才被鄧志偉擊出第一支安打，前5局僅被敲出2安，沒有投出任何保送、2三振，無失分，加上打線助陣，5局打完猿隊以6比0領先。

「感覺不錯有慢慢回來，當然想拚先發，熱身賽投得好，就看教練的安排，」王豐鑫被問及到開季前還需加強哪些部分，他自信地說：「都不用了！已經準備好。」

獅隊直到7局下，才突破桃猿封鎖，一出局、一三壘有人，張泰山從登板中繼的黃偉晟手中擊出二壘安打，幫助統一追至1比6。
