竹科金山違建安檢不合格　市府繼續拆

新竹市政府針對竹科金山街出租套房安檢，至上周為止消防局在全區299棟出租套房大樓內共完成檢查146棟，完成率為48.83%。另146棟裡，消防安全設備不符規定有101棟，不合格率達69.18%。工務處則繼續清查違建，正在施工的違建將直接拆除，其餘經會勘認定影響公安的套房，也將依法執行停水停電處分。

新竹市政府工務處表示，目前拆除正在加蓋的違建，已經完成2棟，並持續針對未經許可擅自復工或經制止不從的業者，依規定移送法辦。

工務處強調，除將繼續拆除正在加蓋之違建外，也針對有立即性危險的套房大樓，逕行斷水斷電處分，並公告為危險建物，提醒民眾不要承租。（侯力元／新竹報導）
