日本搶留外籍人才　3年可望獲永久居住權

為吸引更多擁有高級專業水準的外國人才，日本政府今天在內閣會議上，決定了《出入國管理及難民認定法》的修正案，其中把具備高度知識事與技術的外籍人士申請永久居住權所需的居留期限，從5年縮短到了3年。

根據日本現行制度，外國人若想在日本獲得永久居住權，原則上需要待滿10年，高級技術人原則需待滿5年。

新制度涵蓋的對象，包括研究人員、技術人員與企業經營者及大學教授，只要學歷、年薪等滿足一定的條件即可，其配偶也可赴日工作，並可攜父母、保姆同行。（賴宇萍／綜合外電報導）
