人如其名「不良」　生日禮物是收押

外號「不良」的陳姓男子（44歲）專門在仁武區、大社區行竊汽車，再駕駛贓車到偏僻山區，行竊工寮的鐵製品或電纜線，到資源回收場變賣換得現金，購買毒品吸食，光是過去1年來，仁武分局九曲派出所已經抓過他3次，但陳嫌仍不知悔改，繼續犯案。

警方說，陳嫌生性狡猾，對犯罪過程避重就輕，導致移送法辦後多獲交保；前天警方在仁武區林森巷逮捕陳嫌，現場查獲一輛失竊汽車及作案工具T字鈑鎖等證物，同時在林姓被害人指證確定下，終於讓陳嫌無法脫罪，依竊盜罪嫌移送法辦後聲押獲准。

承辦警官指出，前天剛好是陳嫌生日，「在生日當天犯案被逮，又被聲押獲准，真是不良的生日禮物！」（王勇超／高雄報導）
