連鎖醫美診所被查獲用禁藥

全台都有據點的愛爾麗醫學美容診所集團涉嫌從2009年到2010年，向某國際公司取得2300萬元金額的不實發票，藉以逃漏稅捐，該公司也販售禁藥降解酶（作溶解消除玻尿酸用）針劑，及沒有衛生福利部核准字號標示的玻尿酸針劑。台南地檢署昨天搜索總公司及全台35處診所，查扣玻尿酸針劑247盒，禁藥降解酶針劑2支。
 
檢方也同步傳喚集團負責人常如山及總經理劉貞華等33人到案說明。檢察官吳維仁認為愛爾麗集團以假發票報稅，涉嫌違反《稅捐稽徵法》、《商業會計法》，販售禁藥部分則違反《藥事法》，諭令常如山、劉貞華分別以300萬元、200萬元交保候傳，其他則請回。（辛啟松／台南報導）
