大摩加碼華亞科　目標價上調至30元

摩根士丹利證券表示，2月PC DRAM合約價格仍有在30美元的水準，顯示華亞科(3747)獲利周期延長。加上投入20奈米製程也在軌道上，維持加碼評等，並將目標價從26.5元上調至30元，一併調升今明兩年每股獲利估值11%、10%。

摩根士丹利證券表示，NB ODM出貨量季減15%，但PC DRAM合約價格在首季淡季仍可持穩在32.5美元。價格持穩，加上PC客戶需要購買Sever DRAM和Mobile DRAM顯現出DRAM廠商已在維持其議價能力。

摩根士丹利證券說明，在調升今明年4GB PC DRAM價格下，分別上看27美元、23美元，也上調華亞科今明年股獲利11%、10%至3.71元、4.68元。（陳俐妏／台北報導）
