疑超車不慎　永靖高中校車輾爆騎士頭

【詹智淵／彰化報導】埔心鄉員鹿路一段，今日發生一起不幸的死亡車禍，由蔣姓司機（60歲）駕駛的永靖高中校車，當時由員林往溪湖方向行駛，不慎擦撞賴姓騎士（78歲），倒致騎士頭部被右後車輪輾過，腦漿四溢、當場不治。

蔣姓司機酒測值為零，向警方供稱當時老翁騎在車道中間，要從外線超車，突然聽到碰地一聲，發現機車倒地，下車察看，才發現騎士被右後車輪輾過。

賴姓騎士家屬表示，老翁要到衛生福利部部立彰化醫院看住院的妻子，滿心期待出門，沒想到卻傳出不幸。警訊後依業務過失致死移送法辦，不過當時車上目擊的學生，還是心有餘悸。
