美國10月職缺數創5年半新高

【陳冠穎／綜合外電報導】美國勞工部周二公布10月職缺數，月增1.3%，創5年新高393萬筆，回到金融海嘯前水準，同月離職人數月增2.6%至239萬人，同創5年新高，顯示在職缺增加下，離職者對換工作充滿信心，就業市場持續透露復甦訊號。
 
不過，《華爾街日報》指出，美國就業市場雖復甦，但進步速度仍不夠快，目前求職人數與職缺數比仍高達3:1，較經濟衰退前高出近1倍，若非許多求職者放棄找工作，比率還會更高；且目前開缺多為薪資較低的職務，近3分之1為低薪的照護、零售工作，未來仍有很長一段路要走。
