財部：明年結合民股搶彰銀經營權

【王立德／台北報導】彰銀(2801)將於明年改選董監事，財政部長張盛和今日赴立法院報告，答詢立委吳秉叡質詢時表示，目前公股在彰銀經營權上輸給台新金(2887)，明年彰銀董監改選時，結合民股搶下經營權「才是正辦（正確辦法）」。
 
目前台新金持有彰銀持股比約22.5%，泛公股約20%，董事長陳淮州由台新金指派，總經理張明道由財政部指派，台新金在9席董事中拿下5席。
 
財政部要求兆豐金(2886)評估公公併，張盛和今日表示，沒有指示兆豐金購併彰銀，包括公股金控、台企銀也都是選項，年底之前兆豐金就會遞出報告，評估購併何者的綜效最大。
