【短片】千元防偽線易脫落　立委籲清查

【林修卉╱台北報導】民進黨立委魏明谷上午舉行「政府掉漆連國幣也掉漆」記者會表示，他接到2起民眾陳情，中央銀行發行的千元紙幣因防偽線剝落，到超商購物被拒，他質疑國幣套印品質低劣，民眾拿到真鈔卻誤以為自己拿到假鈔，也造成攤販交易困擾，呼籲清查回收。

中央銀行發行局局長施尊驊表示，民眾指的剝落防偽線就是「條狀光影變化箔膜」，因為國人習慣把鈔票放在口袋，忘了拿出來又放入洗衣機洗，才會導致光影變化箔膜剝落。他說，光影變化薄膜怕強鹼，而這些損害的紙鈔都是回收券，民眾可拿到郵局、銀行與農會填寫單子後，經比對無誤即可兌換。

至於光影變化箔膜的損壞率，施尊驊說，央行沒有統計，但目前流通在市面的1000元紙鈔的張數有10億張，或多或少有不太好的，平均1張千元鈔流通市面2.5年，就會回收銷毀。
