法務部指監聽事件開始調查

法務部政務次長陳明堂今天在法務部召開的國際記者會指出，特偵組監聽事件，行政及刑事部分分別由監察院及台北地檢署調查，法務部調查程序、內容。

陳明堂指出，馬總統絕無下令監聽，且初步了解，特偵組並非以國會為監聽對象。此外，此案與美國水門事件不同，也與政治鬥爭無關。
