財產來源不明罪　律師籲總統主動到案說明

【呂志明／台北報導】律師黃帝穎今年7月間，到台北地檢署按鈴告發總統馬英九涉犯財產來源不明罪，台北地檢署今天上午首次以證人身分傳喚黃到案說明，黃當庭遞狀，請求北檢針對總統府進行證據保全，扣押國務機要費使用明細，同時公開呼籲馬英九應「尊重司法」，主動到案說明。

黃帝穎表示，行政院前院長陳冲在立法院答詢時說：「他請教過馬總統，總統說，他實際上每年捐款超過他所承諾的薪水的半薪」，而總統月薪只有47萬，但根據馬英九向監察院申報的財產，馬每月平均可存48萬元，黃認為，其中每個月就有約24萬元的不明財產。

黃說，馬統總日前才痛斥國會議長王金平「不尊重司法」，馬總統對於自己涉犯財產來源不明罪，卻一直迴避問題，拒絕說明，因此他公開呼籲馬總統應該帶頭示範「尊重司法」，主動到案說明，同時遞狀要求檢察官扣押國務機要費使用明細，並傳喚陳到案說明。
