【戴之聖／基隆報導】住在基隆市和一路的32歲簡姓女子，近來發現晾在陽台的內衣褲不翼而飛，索性自己裝了監視器，竟發現一名男子利用深夜時間專到她家偷內衣褲。
 
 簡女前天向警方報案，警方循線查獲是一名50歲陳姓男子所為，陳男坦承1個月內有3次在深夜開著休旅車到和平島偷內衣褲30件，偷來的內衣褲都用來自慰，他央求警方千萬不要告訴他的妻子，深怕妻子會離開他，警方最後依竊盜罪嫌函送陳男。
