黑畫面時段　有鏡頭錄洪仲丘睡覺

【綜合報導】桃園地檢署今天公布陸軍269旅監視器黑畫面，因電力中斷致黑畫面，非人為因素，桃檢發言人戴文亮以洪仲丘關在禁閉室睡覺時為例，在黑畫面時段中，仍有其他鏡頭錄到洪仲丘睡覺。

戴文亮說，9號鏡頭線路並聯電力不穩，非被拔線，9號、10號及12號均為錄禁閉室睡覺區域，僅9號是黑畫面，其餘有錄到洪在睡覺，若是人為破壞，全部監器應都會失靈。
