淡大套房出租報酬率4.1%冠雙北

【吳苡辰／台北報導】據全球資產調查，雙北市大學周邊獨立套房月租金在5500~20000元，買賣價則在160~1200萬元。其中師大周邊套房最貴，月租金15000~20000元，買賣價850~1200萬元。淡江大學最實惠，月租金5500~8500元，買賣價160~250萬元，報酬率約4.1%。

全球資產提醒，少子化趨勢下，未來大學人數將減少，要確保學生套房的出租無虞，除考量報酬率外，可優先挑選學生人數較多、宿舍較少、校區離市區較遠的傳統名校。
